SEMANTIC WORKS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised effective date will indicate when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
